Volume of one tube is 1000 ml. Using one tube of ink, it is possible to print from 18,000 to 36,000 prints in A4 format. Installing a new tube in a risograph does not require special skills: you need to immerse the tube in a special compartment and crank it.

Expenditure on ink when printing a risograph: 2.25 grams of ink are spent on one A4-frame of a master film, and 4.5-5 grams of ink are consumed on a single A3-frame of a master-film. Industrial paint consumption (replication after painting the master film and the first copy, mode for printing text, 10-15% of paper filling): - printing copies of A4 format - 0.025 grams per print; when sealing A3 format - 0,055 grams per print.

Rizo paint is a highly dispersed pigment (dye) in the combination of an emulsion (a complex mixture of water, solvents, glycerin, a film-forming mixture and stabilizers). The sizes of pigment particles are from 0.15 to 0.4 micrometers. A water-based glycerin emulsion is instantly impregnated into the paper, the paint components forming the film are placed on the surface, react with air and thus fix the ink on the paper. It is possible to ensure perfect circulation only when using RISO consumables, while increasing the life of contacting parts and components of the risograph, while ensuring the highest quality of replication and printing.

SFHD paint is used in HD class risographs and is also capable of working in conjunction with the RISO SF 9350 HD master film to reproduce 600 dpi images.

Only with this original paint, the risograph of this series will really produce the highest quality image. This type of paint was developed and launched in a series in 2014. All of Rizo’s existing developments over many years of experience have been invested in paint production, and the production process is based on the most advanced technologies.

Ink SF HD allows you to perform very high-precision drawings, hatch small lines and display text in small fonts. Ink for risograph Riso HD - a new level of ink for risographs, ink absorption occurs very quickly and interacts with an additional filtering layer - which is located above the main layer of the wizard, through which, later on, ink is transferred to a paper sheet. These inks for the risograph allow you to display subtle gradients, draw green images, which allows you to get high-quality prints of photographs and documents on the risograph with high accuracy and copy quality.
