A must-have for any kitchen
Lurch Vario is an excellent grater offering a variety of cut variations. The serrated blade creates wave and cross cuts. Use the Julienne insert for finest vegetable strips. The end piece holder guarantees injury-free working. The rubber feet keep it from slipping and the continuous adjustment of the cutting height makes it comfortable to work with.
No matter if you like to eat vegetarian or vegan food or you just want to make a nice raw vegetable salad working with the vario slicer is fun and timesaving at the same time. This multifunctional tool is an ideal basis for a fresh salad, tasty soups, artful main dishes and fruity desserts.
How about a healthy snack? Vegetable crisps are fully in trend and can be produced quickly out of beetroot, potatoes, parsnips or apples. And the best thing is: nutrients and vitamins are fully preserved.
You fancy something exiting for lunch? How about a wrap to go? Therefore, you can grate cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, courgettes and salami or cut them into slices and fill the wraps. And off you go…
You are a passionate cooker of Asian food? Perfect! You can choose between 3 exchangeable sharp blades and julienne carrots, peppers, celery or sliced vegetables in various sizes.
A gummed suction foot and a holder for remainders guaranty safe working. As easy as working with the vario slicer is the storage because it can be folded and finds it place even in the smallest kitchen.
Perfect in function and design. Fine and coarse grater, crown grater, 3 mm and 1,5 mm slices and a lid for covering and keeping food.
