The ergonomically shaped handle and the wider shape of the square foot ensure a stable standing position and enable safe and clean working.The Lurch graters convince with their special, ultra-sharp RazorTech blade technology. In this process, the stainless steel surface is not punched out but etched out exactly by a special photo-etching process. This makes the edges of the cutting surfaces particularly sharp and the graters cut the ingredients into small pieces instead of crumbling them. Originally, this process originated from the production of micro-computer parts and was further developed by Lurch to bring a new dimension of sharpness into your kitchen. The RazorTech blade technology makes our graters a professional kitchen tool and delivers effortlessly perfect results. Furthermore, the cutting technique prevents the essential oils of orange or lemon from sticking to the grater. This way, they obtain fully aromatic, crushed food.
