The inSPORTline HR5004 door trapeze makes an ordinary passageway an integral part of your home gym! Not only can you simply hang the trapeze in any standard door with a protruding door frame, you can also attach additional bars to it! The trapeze will stand upright in the doorway and safely support users up to 200kg, and the same goes for the bars!

The upper bar of the trapeze is covered with 4 separate foam grips, while the lower support bar features plastic stops for the gentlest possible catching on the door.

To make matters worse, you'll also find straps with grips in the package for added workout variability. You can hang them on the trapeze bar as well as on the bars. And if you want to incorporate other elements during your workout, you can place the trapeze on the floor and use it as a grip for classic push-ups.
